Генетические основы резистентности гастропод
Выявление наследственных основ формирования защитных реакций моллюсков имеет большое значение для сравнительной и эволюционной иммунологии. В формировании общей картины защитных реакций моллюсков принимают участие множество генов, кодирующих все факторы иммунного ответа. Для изучения генетических основ резистентности выведены линии моллюсков с разным уровнем резистентности / чувствительности к паразитарной инвазии, проводится секвенирование участков генома, кодирующих факторы защитных реакций. Установление гомологии расшифрованных участков генома позволяет находить новые факторы защитных реакций у близких видов. С помощью систем скрещиваний и молекулярных маркеров проводится картирование генов, установление мест их преимущественной экспрессии.
