Защитные реакции моллюсков семейства Planorbidae (Gastropoda, Pulmonata) на трематодную инвазию
Проведен анализ клеточных и гуморальных реакций у легочных моллюсков Planorbarius corneus при заражении партенитами трематод. Показано наличие в гемолимфе изученных пульмонат двух популяций гемоцитов - гранулоцитов и гиалиноцитов. Показано, что их соотношение меняется в зависимости от размера моллюсков и их зараженности. Выявлена разная интенсивность экспрессии генов факторов защитных реакций в гемолимфе и гепатопанкреасе зараженных разными видами трематод и незараженных моллюсков.
