В статье рассматриваются адаптивная и генеративная модели процесса воспитания лидеров, выделенные автором в рамках парадигмального подхода. Выявленные различия, взаимосвязь и необходимость гармоничного сочетания данных моделей выступают ориентирами для дальнейшего анализа подходов к процессу воспитания лидеров не только с социально-исторической точки зрения, но и с позиции их педагогического содержания.
