ДЕПРЕССИВНЫЕ И МАРГИНАЛЬНЫЕ ТЕРРИТОРИИ: ЗАРУБЕЖНЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЮ И ИЗУЧЕНИЮ

В данной статье рассмотрены зарубежные подходы к изучению депрессивных (или так называемых маргинальных) территорий на основе анализа различных публикаций. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что наибольшее количество современных работ, посвященных изучению таких территорий, проведено итальянскими учеными и что не существует единого подхода к трактовке понятия «маргинальная территория» и единого методологического подхода к их изучению. Также проанализированы различные сценарии возрождения маргинальных территорий.
