Pedagogical computer technology is an integral part of a foreign language lesson at a modern university. In this article, the author has identified an important and special connection between the concepts of pedagogical computer technology, methodology, information, communication and computer technologies for teaching a foreign language. Electronic educational resources in the form of local teaching and monitoring computer programs are examples of the use of pedagogical computer technology by progressive teachers.
