К ВОПРОСУ О ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКАХ ПЕРСУАЗИВНОГО ДИСКУРСА

The paper focuses on the features of the persuasive discourse. It demonstrates that all discourse types can contain some persuasive means. The classification of persuasive discourse types is presented. The paper also argues that the choice of linguistic persuasive means can be defined by the levels of language categorization which guide the author’s choice of words while he/she represents the referent in a certain discourse.
