The article discusses the cooperation of secondary and higher education in order to carry out career guidance work. It is proposed to carry out research, design activities jointly between high school students and a graduate student. The need for such cooperation will allow students to navigate what chemistry is interesting to him, a graduate student will improve his professional, pedagogical and leadership abilities, and a university of an interested future student.
