The article discusses the use of educational information resources in chemistry education at the pre-university preparation stage. The experience of the Department of Chemistry of the Faculty of Career Guidance and Pre-University Training of Vitebsk State Medical University on the creation of an electronic educational and methodical complex and its use for the effective organization and management of students' independent work is presented. The necessity of improving EUMK by using new online services that allow you to create content to enrich the information environment and the development of educational and cognitive activities of students is substantiated.
