The development a system of the necessary information and methodological support for chemical disciplines on the basis of an electronic educational and methodological complex allows organizing self-educational activities of foreign students. For the formation of self-educational skills of foreign students defined as follows: the main directions, content, forms and methods of preparing students for independent activity, specific content, the volume of material subject to independent study in accordance with the curriculum; method of presenting educational material in the methodological literature.
