Применение контекстных экспериментальных заданий по химии как условие формирования у школьников функциональной грамотности

The article is devoted to an important didactic-methodical problem of the formation of functional literacy of schoolchildren in chemistry. The problem is that in chemistry classes, some students do not read the text of the task proposed in the textbook; do not understand the meaning of what they read; do not know how to use reference books. This problem is associated with the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process at school, focused mainly on mastering subject knowledge and skills at the level of their reproduction according to the model or application in a familiar situation. The author has proposed a methodology for applying contextual experimental tasks to form functional literacy and develop the thinking of schoolchildren.
