Tourist Company is focused on the study of customers in order to create ideas and directly developing tour. The study is based on customers marketing research complex. Segmentation is the fundamental principle of marketing - customer orientation. Thus, the segmentation of the tourist market is an activity classification of potential customers in accordance with the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of their demand.
