МУСУЛЬМАНСКИЕ ОБЩИНЫ ЮЖНОЙ И ЮГО-ВОСТОЧНОЙ АЗИИ ВНЕ ИСЛАМСКИХ ГОСУДАРСТВ РЕГИОНА

In Southeast Asia, a significant part of Muslims living outside the Muslim states of the region, thus creating enclaves with a predominant share of the Muslim population in the neighboring countries: Myanmar - 4.3%; Singapore - 15%; Thailand - 7.1% (mostly in Southern Thailand (30.7%). In the Philippines, 13.3% of Muslims live mainly in the south of the country. A significant number of Muslims live almost on the coast of mainland China (in the center and north-zapade), a little less - in the special administrative regions of Hong Kong (4.5%) and Macau (4500), and Taiwan (1%).
