The future development of the Krasnodar region as the resort is largely dependent on the quality and diversity of its unique natural healing resources. Due to increased human activities and significant environmental change is necessary in the evaluation of its condition and its suitability for human and other living beings. It is necessary to study the relationship and mutual influence of tourist-recreational complex and the overall socio-economic development of the region, identifying patterns and basic principles of the process. The economic recovery and the improvement of the socio-economic component can be done using direct capital investments in the development of recreation.
