Причинно-следственные связи в начале изучения химии. Быть или не быть?

The article discusses the problem of the almost complete absence of causal relationships between facts and phenomena in school chemistry education. It is shown that in the official textbooks for the 8th grade in the Russian Federation, causal relationships are practically not found. Several examples from textbooks show that the reduction of intermediate links in reasoning from cause to effect leads to a complete loss of meaning. Ways out of the created crisis are outlined by reformatting the training program with the introduction of an unprovable basis of postulates and the formation of chains of cause-and-effect relationships based on this basis.
