This article examines the role of extracurricular activities in the process of teaching children with disabilities on the example of studying UNESCO sites. At the beginning, the author describes the relevance of this process in the modern world. Further, the purpose, objectives, and principles of extracurricular activities in relation to a student with disabilities are analyzed. Then the author emphasizes the advantages of studying this topic for children with disabilities. In conclusion, the positive effect of the process of exploring UNESCO sites in the framework of extracurricular activities for children with disabilities is described.
