Новый мировой языковой порядок
Книга предназначена для специалистов в области национальной политики, языковой идеологии, языковой политики и языкового строительства, преподавателей русского и иностранных языков, лингвистов-теоретиков, а также для всех граждан, не равнодушных к проблемам национального строительства, языковой и образовательной политики. Новизна предлагаемого научного труда заключается в том, что в отечественной и зарубежной научной литературе отсутствуют монографические исследования по формированию Нового мирового языкового порядка. В монографии дается анализ большого круга языковых идеологий, а языковые политики различных государств анализируются в широком национально-территориальном разрезе, с привлечением данных социологии, политической теории, демографии и социолингвистики. Комплексный подход к анализу языковых ситуаций в новых многоэтнических и многоязычных государствах Тихоокеанского региона позволяет сформулировать рекомендации для перехода языковой политики Российской Федерации от этнокультурной парадигмы к парадигме развития.
