AB - The article deals with the problem of intertextual interactions in the works of Franz Schreker and the Second Viennese School composers. Various levels of consideration (art ideas, concepts of the works, distinct style means) make it possible to show the variety of connections among the studied phenomena. The author of the article reveals common features in the composers' interpretations of the Gesamtkunstwerk principle, similar devices in the sphere of vocal-verbal intoning, semantic parallels.
