О слабости инкрементализма как подхода к урегулированию этнополитического конфликта на примере посредничества США в мирном процессе на Ближнем Востоке
Статья посвящена проблеме выбора между пошаговым подходом и установкой на безотлагательное разрешение вопросов постоянного статуса, которые являются двумя альтернативными стратегиями посредничества в рамках процесса урегулирования этнополитического конфликта. На основе изучения практики дипломатической вовлеченности Соединенных Штатов в мирный процесс на Ближнем Востоке автор делает вывод о необходимости отказа от инкременталистского (пошагового) подхода в пользу безотлагательного обсуждения ключевых вопросов постоянного статуса в рамках палестино-израильского урегулирования.
