N2  - in the context of the rapid development of information technology, ecosystem thinking is becoming the most valuable competence, as it allows one to combine online and offline “worlds”. For the successful functioning of new synthetic institutions, fi rst of all, technological solutions are needed, which are provided by companies developing specialized solutions in the field of financial technologies (Fintech). The development of convergence processes, which led to a revolution in the financial markets of different countries and regions of the world and the emergence of new institutional forms in the framework of ecosystem financial conglomerates development, did not bypass countries with transitive economies, among which the financial market of Vietnam, which is dynamically developing under the influence of digital transformation, occupies a special place.
