The data of the conducted research are divided into clusters what lets us analyze impact on the learning outcomes of preliminary training of international students in physics in a non-native language and the level of proficiency of physics teachers in English. The results obtained allow us to conclude that physics teachers need a differentiated approach for teaching physics to international students with different levels of preliminary training in physics. The data presented in the article may be interesting for researchers and designers of training courses to physics teachers for teaching by means of a non-native language.
