We compare the long-term changes in the components of the water balance of the Pechora and Kolyma deltas located in sporadic and continuous permafrost. The trends of changes of the main components of the delta water balance equation (river water runoff, precipitation, runoff loss (or addition) at deltas) under the climate warming (late XX - early XXI centuries) are considered. Our analysis reveals a clear increase of the values of the main components of the water balance, especially noticeable recently (2008-2018).
